Most people come to therapy when something has stopped working. I’m interested in why it started, and what part of you is ready to emerge and transform.

Perhaps anxiety has become unmanageable. A relationship has destabilised. An addictive pattern has tightened its grip. Or maybe there’s simply a sense that your coping strategies, however intelligent, are no longer working.

We start where you are, creating enough steadiness for thought, feeling, and presence. From there, we trace the patterns beneath the surface: attachment strategies, shame narratives, relational dynamics, early adaptations that once protected you and now restrict you.

My work is relational and experiential, often long-term. I combine cognitive inquiry with creative methods, psychodrama, somatic awareness, and dreamwork —
sometimes moving beyond language entirely — following what is alive and needed rather than what is prescribed.

I have particular depth of experience with addiction and eating disorders; insecure attachment and fears around intimacy, abandonment, and conflict; anxiety and depression; healing from narcissistic abuse; and questions of sexuality, same-sex relationships, non-traditional family making, co-parenting, and divorce.
I also work with people preparing for and integrating psychedelic experiences, bringing stabilising presence and relational insight.

Sessions are available in person and online.

(individual therapy)

Relationships rarely struggle because of the argument you see on the surface.
More often, it’s the patterns underneath — the  ones that repeat, escalate, and leave both people feeling stuck.

(relationship therapy)

In relationship therapy, we start by creating space to feel steady with each other. From there, we explore what the cycles reveal: attachment fears, withdrawal and pursuit patterns, unspoken needs, and dynamics that replay over and over.

The work is about understanding what each person brings, and how you interact as a system. It is relational, experiential, and often transformative when both people are willing to look beneath the surface.

I offer focused, time-limited therapy for partners, and intensive day-long workshops when deeper immersion is needed.

All sessions are in person.
